Spring is coming, and what goes better with the warm weather than some chips, salsa and a cold beverage? Below is a recipe that uses two of the available Petomato plants to whip up a spicy salsa, great for a sunny day.
20 Cherry tomatoes, diced
1-2 Habanero peppers, depending on desired level of heat, diced
½ White onion, diced
½ Buch of cilantro, washed, chopped finely
3 Cloves of garlic, diced
2 Limes, juiced
Salt, to taste
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine. Serve with a bag of your favorite tortilla chips and your preferred cold beverage.
